Aksinia is a Doctorate candidate, accomplished Human Sustainability Expert, dedicated Researcher, and proficient Burnout Coach. With over a decade of experience in both Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior research, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her endeavors.

Over 15 years in Human Resources Management, a decade in Corporate Training, and a robust research tenure showcase her commitment to fostering sustainable success for individuals and organizations. Aksinia holds an MBA from IMD, Switzerland, a Master’s in Finance from Harvard University, USA, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University, Canada.

Juan Pablo holds an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends. In addition to his MBA, he also holds a Law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, showcasing his diverse knowledge and expertise. With over eight years of experience, he has a specialization in people management, organizational culture, and strategic development. His career has taken him through the trenches of large corporates like Coca Cola FEMSA and developing startups in tech, healthcare, and consumer goods, that have provided him with a deep understanding of workplace dynamics and effective people management practices across different environments.

He is dedicated to our vision of creating healthier, more resilient, and culturally vibrant workplaces. He is passionate about helping organizations combat burnout, foster resilience, prioritize occupational wellness, and cultivate strong, positive cultures.
