Welcome to AI Panda, a wellbeing and burnout-prevention coaching tool created by Burnout Lab (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using AI Panda, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before engaging with the tool.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use AI Panda.

 

1. What AI Panda Is

AI Panda is a digital burnout-prevention and wellbeing coaching assistant, designed to offer:

  • Reflective prompts
  • Science-based guidance
  • Stress and burnout awareness
  • Supportive, nonjudgmental conversation

AI Panda is intended for adults seeking clarity, reflection, and wellbeing insights in a confidential, anonymous environment.

 

2. What AI Panda Is Not

AI Panda is not:

  • A medical service
  • A mental health provider
  • A substitute for therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care
  • A crisis or emergency support tool
  • A diagnostic instrument
  • A legal, financial, or professional advisor

If you are experiencing overwhelming distress, thoughts of self-harm, or a psychological crisis, stop using AI Panda and seek immediate professional help or contact your local emergency services or crisis hotline.

Burnout Lab does not provide emergency intervention or therapeutic services through AI Panda.

 

3. Eligibility

To use AI Panda, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Use the tool voluntarily
  • Agree to these Terms of Use

If you are under 18, do not use AI Panda.

 

4. User Conduct & Appropriate Use

When using AI Panda, you agree:

  • Non-commercial personal purposes

4.2. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the tool for illegal or harmful activities
  • Input highly sensitive personal information (e.g., medical history, financial data, passwords)
  • Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with the tool’s functioning
  • Misuse AI Panda for harassment, abuse, threats, or malicious actions
  • Attempt to identify individuals or impersonate another person
  • Use the tool to generate disallowed or harmful content

Burnout Lab reserves the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.

 

5. Confidentiality & No Data Storage

AI Panda is designed as a zero-retention, confidential, anonymous tool.

5.1. No Storage

Burnout Lab does not store:

  • Chat logs
  • Personal data
  • Session identifiers
  • IP addresses
  • Cookies tied to identity

5.2. Automatic Erasure

Your chat session disappears automatically when:

  • You refresh the page
  • You navigate away
  • You close the tab
  • The session ends

No human can access your conversations, past or present, because no transcripts exist.

5.3. Third-Party Processing

Third-party AI providers may process your inputs only for real-time response generation.
No third party receives your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content associated with AI Panda, including branding, visual identity, prompts, outputs, and underlying frameworks, is the intellectual property of Burnout Lab.

You may:

  • Use AI Panda’s responses for personal purposes
  • Share insights privately

You may not:

  • Reproduce, resell, publish, or commercialize the AI Panda tool
  • Claim ownership of content generated by the tool
  • Remove or alter branding, trademarks, or proprietary notices

 

7. No Warranties

AI Panda is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Burnout Lab does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy
  • Completeness
  • Reliability
  • Error-free functioning
  • That the guidance will fit your specific circumstances

AI-generated insights are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies.

You are responsible for evaluating and deciding how to apply any guidance AI Panda provides.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Burnout Lab shall not be liable for:

  • Any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your use of AI Panda
  • Emotional distress arising from self-reflection
  • Technical issues, outages, or interruptions
  • Damages caused by reliance on AI-generated guidance
  • Losses of any kind, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You agree to use AI Panda at your own risk and understand that it is a reflective wellbeing tool—not a professional service.

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Burnout Lab harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

  • Your misuse of AI Panda
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Any unlawful or prohibited behavior connected to your use of the tool

 

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or feature changes. Updates become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of AI Panda constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

11. Termination of Service

Burnout Lab may:

  • Or discontinue

AI Panda at any time, without prior notice.

You may stop using AI Panda at any time simply by closing or leaving the tool.

Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with Swiss jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

You understand it is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care
